Limited Warranty

Our products are developed and manufactured with materials and techniques that ensure a high quality product. Therefore, we warrant for a period of one year from the date of purchase, that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If our product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, at our discretion we will repair or replace the product without charge. How to Obtain Warranty Service

All products must be clean prior to sending them to us for warranty or non-warranty evaluation and repair. Rafts must be free of dirt or other detritis and should be cleaned if necessary. Items received that are too dirty to work on will be returned un-repaired. Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your product for any reason, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Please contact us by phone at (425) 200-4FWD or via email at info@flyweightdesigns.com before returning your product to us. Once you receive one of our products, we encourage you to inflate the product (if necessary) and inspect it. For boats we encourage you to test them out on a calm body of water to ensure that they meet your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with the product please contact us so that we can arrange for a refund. Any product that is returned to us must be in like-new condition in order to receive a full refund. Products that are returned to us that are dirty, damaged, or show wear and tear may be subject to restocking and cleaning fees. If you have any questions regarding this policy please contact us.
